Is this a CRM?
Yes. It keeps what you kept a CRM for: leads, deals, contacts, documents and your calendar. It stays current from your inbox, so you aren't typing things in.
Does it send email without me?
No, with one exception you control. Every reply is a draft until you send it. A follow-up campaign can send by itself only after you switch that campaign to send automatically.
What does it do without asking?
